The fundamental core of education and personal success is reading. Reading also offers an excellent medium for self-reflection, escape, and entertainment.
Because of this the University of California, Irvine is now offering an online Reading Certificate program that offers individuals the opportunity to develop an greater understanding of the various ways in which to teach students to read, and the pedagogical techniques that are needed to cerate an environment fosters success in reading in the classroom.
This program has been created for those credentialed K-12 Teachers to aid them in meeting the many local, state, and federal requirements that have been put in to action to ensure that students have a fair and high-quality education in reading.
To become the great leaders of tomorrow, our children need this foundation.
