Eastern Kentucky University's online Master of Science in Safety, Security & Emergency Management program students are able to choose the "Multidisciplinary" track. This track will allow students to select their support courses from a variety of subject areas that include occupational safety, homeland security, fire administration, security management, and business risk management.

This option provides an unprecedented opportunity for you to customize your curriculum around your current or future professional needs. Students will gain a well-rounded skill set that will allow you to succeed in a high-level safety, security, or emergency management position.

This track offers the following support courses to choose from: Strategic Planning for Fire and Emergency Services; Leadership in Fire & Emergency Services; Public Sector Finance and Budgeting; Issues in Security Management; Industrial Safety Management; Public Emergency Services; Corporate Compliance; Construction Safety; Applied Study in Loss Prevention; Personal/Environmental Hazards; Employee Benefit Planning; Business Risk Management; Homeland Security Policy Analysis; Critical Infrastructure Protection; Intelligence for Homeland Security and Hazards & Threats to Homeland Security.

All applicants to this program must currently hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
