Description
UMassOnline's Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling degree program has been created to guide its students in developing the skills needed to work as a rehabilitation counselors in organizations such as:
- Hospitals
- Schools
- Rehabilitation agencies
- Career planning centers
- Employee assistance programs
- Clinics
- Residential treatment facilities
- Mental health agencies
The online rehabilitation program is nationally recognized and accredited by the Council On Rehabilitation Education.
This online MS in Rehabilitation program has been constructed using a concepts of cohorts, which has been implemented to aid individuals in working their way through the program with the aid of others in the program. Students are required to attend their clinical courses in Boston during their first July and August of the program.
All applicants must have a Bachelor's degree to be admitted to this program.
