The goal of this online MSN in Management and Organizational Leaderships to prepare its students to successfully function as leaders, managers, and administrators who facilitate achievement of optimal health in the dynamic healthcare system.

The focus of this online program is to prepare its students for administration positions through courses in: management of resources, interdisciplinary collaboration, and application of technology, information systems, knowledge, and critical thinking.

Individuals who complete this online MSN in nursing education will have gained the knowledge and skills that are needed for:

  • Utilizing theoretical knowledge to guide advanced practice nursing
  • Collaborating in research activities and utilize knowledge gained from research in advanced practice nursing
  • Evaluating health policies and economics related to the delivery of healthcare
  • Assuming roles as leaders and collaborators with other professionals and communities in planning, providing, and evaluating healthcare

The RN to MSN courses are open for enrollment once a month.

All applicants must have a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.

Students graduating with American Sentinel's CCNE-accredited M.S. Nursing, management and organizational leadership specialization, complete 36 credit hours of course work. Students may be eligible to transfer up to 18 credit hours from previous graduate study.
