Fielding Graduate University is now offering a Doctor of Philosophy in Human and Organizational Systems that has been created to provide its students with an online PhD program that is based on a scholar-practitioner model, and is focused on organizational, community, and social systems, as informed by organization and management studies, systems theories, and related social science fields.
Students in this fully online PhD in Human & Organizational Systems are encouraged to blend their academic work with community challenges as they create their custom curriculum to fit their future educational and professional needs.
While in this online PhD program students have the opportunity to examine a variety of areas that are affected by social change, including:

Students will examine their areas of focus though a number of academic ventures, such as qualitative, quantitative and action-oriented inquiry.

Applicants must have at least a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5.
