A Boise State Master's degree in Education Technology provides several distinct advantages, each of which translates into greater value for you. For example, we expect students to customize our program to their professional needs as they develop proficiency in a broad range of technology integration teaching skills. Become noted and highly employable as an innovative technology integrator, as an online teacher, or an e-learning designer. Or, pursue a doctorate and teach at the college or university level, work in academic technologies, in curriculum development companies, or as an educational consultant.
The course work in this program focuses on the theoretical foundations, hands-on technology skills, and integration strategies for today's classrooms. The program is specifically designed to meet the needs of educational technologists who enjoy inquiry, research oriented work, and are considering a doctoral degree. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR INITIAL TEACHER CERTIFICATION.
Applicants of this program must have a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, GRE scores, GPA, and a successful essay.
