  1. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 Tablespoon flax seed
  4. A dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract
  5. Mixed fruit (fresh or frozen)
  6. Almonds


  1. Fill a microwave safe bowl with oats.
  2. Add water, cinnamon, vanilla and fruit. Stir.
  3. Microwave for about one minute. (Depending on the strength of your microwave, you may need to add more time.)
  4. Garnish with flax seed and almonds.
