About Us
Distance-Education.org, based in New Braunfels, Texas was founded in 2007 with the intent to provide an incredible platform of tools for finding the right online education for the online student. Our focus is on the student. The founders of Distance Education after years in the online education industry started to see certain needs that were not being addressed by other websites on the internet. One of these needs was a better level of transparency and ability to search and filter through the myriad of online universities choices out there. We thought that if we could provide a place that tied in many different types of useful data we would create a winning formula for one of the best online education websites on the internet. Combining up to date information on the online universities plus for the first time tuition information and costs, a community forum to ask and answer questions, student reviews, and expert commentary the student would be able to make better academic decisions that would help ensure their success in the online programs they pursued.
