University of Maryland - Overall Great School

Most professors are very knowledgeable. However, expect to get a bad egg on occasion. I've strictly taken online courses. Some professors are hands on. University of Maryland - An education to be proud of...

Attended this school primarily in class on evenings and weekends. I had some extraordinary Professors--who truly changed my life and my outlook on education. I also had some lackluster Professors who taught me that "in spite of the teacher, the student will learn." That quote actually came from the worst Professor I had; and he was right! Overall I highly value the education I received at UMUC. I have since gone on to a lucrative career in the business world. Thank you UMUC! Read Full Review

University of Maryland - University of Maryland University College

University of Maryland University College is vital for students who are serving in the military, and also for non-traditional students such as myself (50's, working, etc.). The school is regionally accredited and has had a long affiliation with the University of Maryland. The expertise and teaching credentials of the professors all meet or exceed my expectations. Associates, Bachelors and Masters degrees in certain disciplines are all available. Plus, I'm a loyal Marylander! Hahaha! Read Full Review
