University of California, Irvine - Undependable distance learning program
This school publishes a course catalog showing when courses will be offered online, and then frequently does not offer those classes online. This makes it very difficult to finish. Things are fine for the first few classes, when you have lots of classes to take. However, when you are nearly finished and down to just a few classes, it becomes very difficult. For example, I have 3 courses remaining and have been trying to finish for 2 quarters. In the current quarter (winter), they offered none of these classes but advertised they would be offered in the spring. Now it turns out UCI will only offer 1 of the classes this spring...
