I love the school, has great impression on me. It is inspiring me to do better and develop my career. Online learning is challenging; I love to be challenged. The professors are great; they take it seriously and they answer questions very quickly. It is even better than being in the classroom. All staff at that university are so nice, respectful, and answer very nicely over the phone. Great costumer service. They are what they say they are........I would recommend the school to anyone. I completed four years at a traditional university but I wasn't independently wealthy like many of my peers and had to work for a living. I could not complete my degree during that time and a move across country and a death in the family derailed my college education. However, NAU was a great find. It is expensive but I felt I got an education I can be proud of. Faculty can be elusive if you don't engage them first but I found that I always got the level of attention I wanted and required... The university is great! On-line or at one of the campuses -- You get a quality education at a good cost. If you need help in any area, the staff are their to help. From the Dean's Office, Financial Aid Office, Teachers, Students, the help and best education is there for you to get. The classes are interesting and you learn more than you thought possible.
