View All Reviews Write a ReviewThe classes are great, I learned a lot and it was a challenge in some classes. I worked hard and did all that I was supposed to do. Funny think is I was supposed to be in the MBA program but when it came to taking my capstone, they refused saying I'm not and MBA student! So here I am - took and paid for all my MBA classes and need to take my last class to graduate and they will not let me... Read Full Review
Love the staff in Mesa. I have had very knowledgeable professors on campus and online. If you interact and do the work you will succeed. Had a great experience with my classmates and recommend taking classes on site whenever possible. Four classes to go and I will be done with one of the best learning experiences I have ever had. I have taken 4 semesters and I am exhausted. This is a great school, but it's just to difficult and demanding. I had to take a break so I could come up for some air. Everyone is very helpful at the school, and the facilities are nice- but the work is SO MUCH.. I only have so many hours a day to sacrifice, and it doesn't seem to be enough. There are no shortcuts, so if you're not ready to dedicate yourself 100%, wait until you are. Read Full Review
I've had a judicious experience while attending Keller Graduate School. I studied Project Management and graduated in 2008. The curriculum was consistent enough to prepare me for some of the challenges I've faced in the business world today, and has absolutely given me an edge. The hands-on approach has put me at an advantage to some of my peers that have attended, and or graduated from colleges with traditional school settings. I took an array of on-line and on campus classes, to break up the monotony of sitting in the class room and fighting rush hour traffic... Read Full Review
I thought Keller was going to be a piece of cake. I thought that "online" meant that I could goof around and do the work when I got ready. HIGHLY MISTAKEN!! They offer rigorous work, and you'd better read the material. This is a great school. I will be graduating in December and I am so happy I chose this school. They have so many resources, so it's no excuse for not getting what you need to get done....DONE!!......I'm a former counselor with an institute of higher learning and it was my responsibility to direct students in their educational goals. I highly recommend Keller. Read Full Review
Keller education is fine, no complaints. They're cram courses, so it's rigorous in that respect. The local finance office are full of inexperienced staffing (which is ok, they're young), but I already have bookkeeping experience, I personally had no problem because I knew exactly what the billing dept in Illinois needed to know in order to resolve issues within 2 weeks time, and I know I'm not the only accounting nerd who can micro-manage on the fly & balance down to a penny... My experience ended without even started yet. My wife teaches at DeVry. So we have some vouchers that I can use for Keller's MBA program. Plus my current company will pay for portion of it as Tuition Assistance. I registered online and got various information including student ID. I had email address and etc. I began to talk to student aid office and they lead me through all procedures and I went through my company's procedures. My adviser Rachel never contacted me. I have to ask her questions or sometimes the nice lady from student aid office passed on information or copied Rachel on emails... Read Full Review
Highly recommend Keller. You will really learn a lot from the teachers, but I advise anyone going to sign up with Keller for MBA to be ready to do a lot of reading. It is a lot of work. Read Full Review
I would highly recommend Keller Graduate School to anyone who is looking for a credible, well-rounded education that develops and nurtures the skills and experience necessary to be successful in one's career. I currently work in executive management at a top financial company and we are always looking for DeVry and Keller Graduates because they have far more to offer than graduates from other more "traditional" schools... HORRIBLE! Don't EVER attend Keller Graduate school. I enrolled for a class in July of last year (2008)for their Business Administration MBA program. I had to drop the class the first week due to family obligations....I've been fighting with their financial aid department for the last 6 MONTHS to get the issues resolved...#1) They are trying to charge me almost $700 for an online class that I never even logged into. #2) I applied for a student loan from Wachovia to pay for the class...Wachovia ended up dispersing over $2,000 to Keller before I could cancel it... Keller's MISM program has been a very enjoyable ride. Keller's online program is a great alternative for professionals who do not want to tolerate the all-too-common dumbed-down American student (at all levels). I feel that the self-directed education I have received online has been better for the most part than the live classes of my Bachelor's degree. The world is full of stupid people; at least I can ignore them for the most part in an online program... try doing that in live classes! As with any education, you get out of it what you put into it... Read Full Review
Keller started out an outstanding professional graduate school; however, it has now adapted the Devry model and in this reviewer's opinion has taken the school down a peg. The graduate school arena today places more emphasis on numbers of students enrolled instead of quality of the education and placement of graduates. Only the larger more prominent schools still rely on their reputation and therefore are selective on admission. Until 2003 Keller required GMAT or their admission test. They have since removed that requirement and also shortened their classes to 8 week hybrids... Read Full Review
