It's been a good experience for me. In my graduate program, we definitely have instructors. (Baffled about the comments indicating there were none.) Great resources and materials. The mentor helps guide students and resolve conflicts. (Name another university with that degree of assistance.) It's been very rigorous - much more rigorous than my undergrad degrees. In one class I wrote 170 pages of content. (It's no diploma mill.) Love the competency.-based learning aspect. (Much more effective than 'grades'. Students who complain about there being no grades are missing the point of - and the advantage of competency-based learning.) Competency-based learning should replace all grades at every university.
