"The Ideal Option"

I'm within three classes of obtaining my degree at WGU. I suffered through years of junior colleges, obtained my 60 transfer units the hard way, only to find that employed parents have very few options when it comes to the last two years of undergrad. U of Phoenix is really expensive and traditional brick & mortar universities have fixed schedules with very few online classes. I honestly thought it would take me another 5 years to finish my degree. Not anymore! After weeks of research, I found WGU. It helped that two of my friends were doing research on their own, as well, and came up with the same conclusion! We took the leap and I haven't looked back since. You absolutely have to be self-motivated... there's a lot of writing and research involved. It is not for the person that wants handouts from the teacher or someone to give you the answers. It is a *real* school that requires you to do *real* work - don't be fooled - but the support that comes along with it is amazing... My mentor is always available to guide me, the course instructors are very responsive - way better to work with than the bitter instructors at brick and mortars! I also like the fact that it is a 7 day a week outfit, so I can consistently make progress - questions are always answered in a timely manner, etc. Don't wait any longer! Get started today, you'll be really glad you did it. I sure am. I also thought the transcript evaluation was very fair... not all my classes transferred, but the important ones did!
