I have read many negative and positive reviews on here, and believe the negativity comes from misunderstanding. Those who actually read about the school and understand the program will find success. WGU is not for everyone, you need to be self-motivated and able to properly use the resources that they provide. The guided learning tools are meant to assist, not replace textbooks that are part of the required learning resources. The self-paced courses work well for allowing you to balance work and school. The tests and other assessments can be challenging or easy depending upon your background and prior education. The cost is singnificantly lower than other online universities while the quality is just the same.
