    I can't stress how much I love WGU. I first discovered WGU in 2008 after doing extensive research on distance learning. Unfortunately, I was not able to start until Sept 2010. Now I'm nearly finished with my degree with minimal credits transferring in. I'm not one to like listening to professors and I much prefer learning on my own. 90% of the time I do not need to access any of the resources for courses such as the mentors or communities. You cannot beat how cheap it is and how you can accelerate. The teacher's college is NCATE accredited and the University as a whole is regionally accredited by the same accreditation of U of Washington, Utah, Oregon and BYU to name a few. Great school!
