I just completed the PhD program and found the academic rigor of the program exceptional. Faculty both teach and work in industry, which adds to the learning experience. Students come from all walks of life, varying work experiences, and from all over the US and the World. As others have written, if you are looking for someone to hold your hand while you complete your course/KAM requirements and dissertation, Walden may not be for you. However, the support services, which include a phenomenal library, research center, writing center, advising, tech support, etc., are also exceptional. I highly recommend Walden University.
