Walden University relies heavily on the honor code for students to get work done. With that being said, it has ways to detect fraudulent work. The academic work is primarily composed of independent studying with alot of guidance from professors and academic mentors. The school provides a wonderful support system and solid recourse for dissatisfied students. Admissions consist of basic criteria but the quality of your work will determine whether you stay or are asked to leave. I truly treasure my experience at Walden and since graduating I have moved on to two Ivy League programs. The one piece of advice I would give anyone going to Walden is to not expect the Walden degree by itself to move you to the next level. However, your professional achievements will be clearly enhanced by the Walden experience.
