Go"Walden: Good Academics, Terrible Administration"
Overall, I thought Walden's MBA program had very good instructors and course materials. The online quizzes were sometimes flawed, as demonstrably wrong answers were sometimes recorded as correct, and vice versa. But I was able to get credit for supposedly "wrong" answers by proving my case to instructors. So that was good. The really horrible part of Walden is the preponderance of sullen, inefficient, seemingly semi-literate staff assigned to handle students on such matters as registration, transcripts and finances. I have many documented examples but here is just one: I have in my possession a letter from the registrar "verifying" my enrollment in a program that does not exist and never has existed!
