Comments and Experiences
I will be finished with my Masters in Education (Elementary Reading and Literacy) in December 2010. The program is very flexible and allows us to make our own schedules. There are a lot of papers to write; most are between 2-3 pages. I write about a paper a week, which gets quite redundant. The material is somewhat interesting and the instructors are very helpful if you ever need assistance. There are never any tests or exams, which is a plus for me.
The convenience of an online program is wonderful. You can take vacations whenever and complete the assignments ahead of time or bring your laptop. The program is set up with due dates as well, so you're less likely to procrastinate on an assignment or discussion post. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is tech savvy and enjoys trying something different.
