If you had to attend Walden and only pursue your education, this is an excellent institution of learning. If by some chance, you needed to consult an advisor, financial aid, the bursar or the all respected student support group, be prepared to get a headache. It is like all back office staff is work study. Expect to be on the phone at least an hour to resolve the simplest problem. While I loved my classes, the headache of the back office made me transfer schools.
