I got my other degrees from University of Maryland so I can only comment on UoP's doctoral program---it was great!!!! The rigor of the program was tough and the quality of the program was very impressive. I would certainly recommend this program to anyone. However---don't expect it to be easier because it is offered on-line. UoP's doctoral program is extremely demanding.
