I am in the final two classes of my Associates degree. With no possible allowance in my schedule for continuing with a traditional classroom education I returned to school online to complete my degree. Over a 25 year period I have attended 3 community colleges for various certifications and credited courses. The work load at U of P is significantly harder than it was in a classroom setting because of the abbreviated class length and required assignment load. The facilitators were very assorted in experience but all well educated. The student portal issues listed on other reviews appear to be fixed for the most part. After almost 2 years of classes I can still count the technical issues on one hand. To circumvent the issue of moving from library to classroom I simply keep two windows open, problem averted. The staff have been in contact about finances and academic issues on a very regular basis and do return e-mails and calls promptly. The materials have been up to date, easy to access and very relevant to the classes.
