LEARNING TEAMS FROM H*LL University of Phoenix

    There are two things that the University needs to fix and fast. First is the student portal. The library could use some updating. When you access a data base, and type in the subject you want, you're more likely to get Aunt Bea's Apple pie recipe than you are articles on the subject you are researching.

    The next horror are the so called "learning" teams. If you have read other reviews about one or two people on a team carrying a paper, then you have heard accurately. Complaints about this go unanswered. In my last team, we decided that anyone who did not attend the online meetings or did not submit their part of the paper on time were not included in the list of authors.

    This created an issue, and to date I don't know how they decided to resolve the it, but I got all the credit for the work that I did on the project.
