I graduated from their Information Technology program and my experience has been great. All the teachers I've had had been very knowledgeable, helpful and insightful. I had taken all sort of classes as you might expect; from C Programming to Ethics to Network Security and all the teachers knew their stuff well and were always reachable and willing to give you a hand should you need it. UMass uses Blackboard a their learning platform and it takes some time to get used to it; that would be my only criticism. I highly recommend this fully accredited university.
