The biggest problem I have had with Rasmussen online is that it seems they lack having staff to teach the courses! For the first 5 weeks on one of my course- no teacher was even there to grade or provide feedback because the course was "thrown on her last minute" .... this has happened 3 times. The staff that is there and aware that they are teaching a course have been outstanding. Also- they don't take well to you complaining about their instructors (or lack there of). So if you have a complaint you might as well not mention it or you will somehow manage to get written up for disturbing the classroom atmosphere. There is no classroom without a teacher as far as I'm concerned. So if you can deal with the little things- it's a good enough college.
