Ottawa University is the closest that I could find to a traditional State University. The advisors and counselors are not trained to be salespeople but are there just to help the student get throught the admission process. Out of three classes I have taken, at least two have been exceptional. I was surprised to learn the kind of faculty I have had given that nowadays higher education schools are just compete to get your money. For the MAPC program, classes are in person with the exception of one or two. However, I know the school offers online courses for the entire MBA program and undergraduate students. My review is based on the Arizona campus and some online classes based of Kansas.
