If you're a good self learner this is a great place for you. Instructors is a loose term, class graders or facilitators would probably be a better terms for it. They don't do any actual instructing. One email a week (half the time they are the size of a small book), study on your own, you might get a lecture a week in most classes, teach yourself, and very little feed back from the "instructor". As far as degree planning you're also on your own to figure it out...
