The flexibility of the online program coupled with its reasonable price enabled me to dare to return to school after 20 years. Even though I had a demanding fulltime job and two small children, I was able to complete my degree with minimal impact on my family. I had attended two other schools prior to transferring to Liberty, and I must say that the quality of the education provided far surpassed my expectations. Due to their video base, the lectures were able to be delivered by the leading subject matter experts. The material was excellent, the professors were attentive, online classroom discussions were engaging, and the part which is normally painful (Registration / Guidance) was easy. Midway through my journey at Liberty I was laid off from my job. The staff at Liberty worked with me to craft a schedule which would allow me to finish in the shortest amount of time. Although I never thought the day would come, this May I finally graduated. It was amazing to have been able to share it with my wife, children, and 6,000 other students from around the country. If it wasn't for Liberty's online program, it would have never have happened. I tell everyone who will listen, that Liberty University is the best school in the country.
