Go"Mixed Feelings"
I have mixed feelings regarding my experience with Keller Graduate. Overall, I feel that the instructors are very knowledgeable. However, there are a few who only facilitate the online learning; providing no teaching whatsoever. The program requires a large degree of self-motivation and self-teaching. I recall having to purchase a “Project Management for Dummies” book to make it through my Project Management course. The professor was absolute no help at all. I felt that I literally taught myself project management and paid the university for allowing me to do it. Upon receiving my master’s degree, I did feel that I was quite a bit more knowledgeable concerning public administration, and had a pretty clear idea of where my place was within the field. I now have a prominent position within the public sector; a position I would not have acquired without the MPA. There’s some bitter with the sweet, but overall Keller prepared me well for my doctoral studies.
