I don't have a problem with the academic part because the counselors are very helpful and on point when it comes to students education. However, the Financial Office is a big joke---the financial aid officer does not answer email in a timely fashion. I had recently received a loan to pay for my tuition and I had an excess of funds that they claimed to mailed out, which to this day has not arrive to my address and it been a month later. I complained to everyone in the business office and my financial aid officer---they refused to look into the problem. I am very frustrated with the operation of how the business and financial office.
