SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTING Kaplan University

    At the end of my first term, my intentions was to further my education but after the certificate program I found out that I had to paid in order to get my certificate which I thought was included in the tuition. This is what stop me from going further with this school. Maybe you can send me an explaination.
