The education was very good, very professional with online professors that were clearly outstanding in their field. However, I have since enrolled in another online school for the graduate program. I have been trying to obtain my transcripts from Kaplan for nearly THREE MONTHS. I have spoken to the registrar's office, the business office and advisor upon advisor - with no solution. My current University is now threatening to drop me because I cannot get my transcripts from Kaplan. If you choose Kaplan, be assured the education will be good, but your dealings with the business side of the school will be a horrendous nightmare.
