I just graduated with my Masters with a 4.0 GPA. It was tough with two kids under five and a full-time teaching job, but it was well worth it. I was never locked out of classes, and I got timely responses to my questions. My academic advisor, financial aid officer, and admissions councilor called me regularly when I first started just to check on me, and were always very supportive. I did once receive a request for some financial aid form last minute, but I just printed, scanned, signed and emailed it back without issue.

I am very pleased with the education I earned and proud of how well I did. I just can't imagine where all the negative reviews are coming from, unless they are my classmates who were absent during group projects and constantly needed extra time for assignments.

If you are willing to work hard and EARN your degree, I think Kaplan is an excellent online university.
