"Stepping it up!!"

I have been with Grantham for a few years now and it appears that the coursework, faculty, books and student representatives just improve more and more over time. I am aware that the school has applied for regional accreditation which is great. I'm tired of hearing that the school I selected to attend is worthless, or will not help me land the job I want in the future. This ridicule coming from other students attending online degree programs as well with schools that are regionally accredited. Education is what you make of it. The books are all the same, so if the coursework is challenging and you want to learn, then learn you shall. I've attended a few online schools including the University of Phoenix and I can't tell the difference. Either you do the work, or you don't. The regional accreditation will help future students realize that they are receiving a grade A education that they can count on in the future with acceptable transfer options. One weakness I found is the ability to have professors post grades in a timely fashion and student representatives more actively involved with new enrollments, otherwise this online school is no different than any other regionally accredited school that I have attended in the past.
