Go"Is anyone out there"
In my search for an online program, I have experienced poor customer service from several "admission advisors " Who are these people? Are they experienced enough to advise anyone on anything? You contact them via e-mail , call them, sent them personal information only to receive promises that the project related to questions asked will be completed or answered (I'm still waiting). These "admission advisors" are only interested in making a sale. Their main goal is to have you sign on the dotted line. If this type of service is provided at the front door, what type of service would one receive once your locked into a contact. This type of customer service flashes bright warning signs. BEWARE!, CAUTION! STAY AWAY! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. As customers, we feel safe when service providers are truthful , respectful , and show concern.
