The biggest problem is that the school is very unorganized. Teachers come and go like a revolving door, and the communication between the staff and teachers is very minimal, which leads to A LOT of confusion. It is not rare to be told your orientation dates the day before you have to be there, which makes child care and work very difficult. It is nearly impossible to get an e-mail or phone call back from both the staff and the teachers. Attendance policy is 2% off your grade for even one day missed, if they don't have a doctors note. Many of the teaching styles consist of reading straight from the power points.
