Go"Lost my transcript and left off one class"
The worst! It took me 1 year to get them to give me a credit for a class that was not showing my transcript. They had the class info but never added it thus leaving me with less credits showing I did not graduate. Took 20 calls and 5 letters to fix it and over 1 yr of stress. I heard things like "oh I forgot....I've been out of town...remind me again...can you re fax that info...etc" For the amount one pays they should at the very least take care of you. They want your $ but not to be bothered after that!
