The honest truth is Ashford University can be a good school if you are attending it for the right reasons. As an ex-employee and student at Ashford I can assure you that the main reason why the school gets no respect is because the quality of students being enrolled. Almost 80% of the students attending Ashford are not concerned with earning there degree but are mainly focused on receiving the financial aid money and running. Let's be honest most of the people that complain have probably only completed 3 classes at the most. Students need to realize this is college not high school the staff is not going to hold your hand and do things for you as if you are a kid. Enrolling in school receiving all of there financial aid money and disappearing .
