Western Governors University - Amazing

I can't stress how much I love WGU. I first discovered WGU in 2008 after doing extensive research on distance learning. Unfortunately, I was not able to start until Sept 2010. Now I'm nearly finished with my degree with minimal credits transferring in. I'm not one to like listening to professors and I much prefer learning on my own. 90% of the time I do not need to access any of the resources for courses such as the mentors or communities. You cannot beat how cheap it is and how you can accelerate... Read Full Review

Argosy University - Online - top notch education

Tough, challenging, but rewarding! I am treated like a valued customer instead of just another student. Argosy Professors will engage you, drive you, and support you. If you need assistance or are struggling every member of the Argosy staff is helpful and polite and supportive. They take the time to get to know you and continually motivate to make your dream a reality. They will not give you a degree but if you put in the effort they will give you the tools for success. I am working harder in the courses at Argosy then I ever have at any other college I have attended and that is a tribute to the support I have received... Read Full Review

Concord Law School - the scoop

Concord is a very communicative school, yes it is. However, when you first sign up the recruiter says that the instruction is video interactive. However, its not the case. They are pre-recorded lectures and sometimes they don't flow with the book (outdated). The classes are only audio and not video. This is not the case when you see the sample lectures which strive you to sign up. A good school, great instrucutor communication but not worth it. In light of the issues, they gave me a 100% refund (minus the application fee) with no issues. (well a few phone calls). Read Full Review

Grantham University - Outstanding! Self-paced

Grantham University is great! I'm a Active Duty Army Drill Sergeant. I work over 60hrs per week. I attended GU in 2008 and transferred to a regionally accredited four year university and all of the credits from GU were accepted. After completing classes off and on, I received my AA in Dec 2011. I transferred back to GU finish my previous AA degree in Jan 2012. GU accepted all of those credits and I received my transfer credit evaluation. I was shocked! I only had to take 10 credit hours (four courses) to receive another AA degree. GU courses are 8 weeks in length, but you can accelerate through the program at your own pace... Read Full Review

Colorado Technical University Online - Tough but worth it!!

This school is great but not easy and only gets tougher as time goes on. As a student you have 5 1/2 weeks to finish 2 classes for full time students, but they are flexible and you can do 1 class if needed every now and again. All teachers that I have had have been flexible as well and easy to contact. Live chats are great and offer alot of information on how to successfully complete assignments along with powerpoints used in assignment are posted after each chat. I have attended other schools but this is the only school I have been able to take care of my family and still finish each session... Read Full Review
