The Institute of Real Estate Management and Peirce College have partnered to help students earn the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation with IREM. The bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, concentration in Real Estate Management from Pierce College combines a solid business education with the specialized skills of the real estate property management professional.
Classes you have taken with IREM can be counted toward your bachelor's degree, and you can earn 90 credits toward a B.S. degree through any combination of transfer credits, test out, or life learning experiences. Students who have already earned the CPM designation will receive the 30 Peirce College credits articulated in the IREM-Peirce agreement.
