The Post-Master Certificate in Performance Enhancement is an innovative track designed for:

- Others who want to learn about performance and fitness training program design for athletes and other physically active people.
Research and current issues in sport performance training and injury prevention will be a focus of the courses in this performance training program. Students enrolled in this track will be prepared to take the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification.
Also, the Cal U Sport Management program is nationally accredited by the North American Society of Sport Management (NASSM). This NASSM approval makes Cal U one of 30 out of 350 universities with nationally approved programs worldwide.
