Ellis University's online Master of Science (MS) in Instructional Technology - Instructional Technology for Trainers degree offers students a program that will enable them with an in-depth understanding of instructional design and technology as it relates to workplace settings.
This is an excellent degree program for those trainers who are working in areas, such as corporate, not-for-profit, and government settings, and who are wanting to learn how to further apply technology to the trainings.
Students in the program will be equipped with the ability to effectively use instructional and technological knowledge as its relates to the context of teaching, training, and performance improvement in the workplace.
Using standards that have been determined by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the faculty of this online Instructional Technology for Trainers program created this program in order to aid individual to develop the skills needed to become corporate training and development practitioners.
The Ellis University Self-Assessment for Technology Proficiency is required to determine program readiness. If you do not have these skills, program faculty will recommend appropriate tools or courses to prepare for entry into the program of study.
