Description
LeTourneau's Human Resource Management curriculum is applicable to both the public and private sector. Students whose career interests involve not-for-profit business are encouraged to seek admission. The courses reflect contemporary models within a working human resource management context. Emphasis is placed on identification, analysis and solution of HR issues, while equal attention is given to the development of report writing, oral reporting and group processing skills.
