Bellevue University's online Master of Arts in Leadership was created to aid individuals in gaining the skills and understanding that is needed to develop their own unique style, roles, and general philosophies as they relate to their abilities as leaders.
The overarching goal of this online graduate degree in leadership is to prepare its students for qualifying for a variety of positions, including:
- Top executive
- Project manager
- Management consultant
- Entrepreneur
While in this online leadership program students are able to work within a curriculum that is focused on taking an in-depth look at:
- Leadership philosophies of great leaders
- Theoretical models of organizational leadership
- Theories and principles of management
- Social psychology
Students taking BU's online leadership courses will be required to complete 36 credit hours, and offers students a cohort based program to aid students as they work to earn their degree online.
The base of this program has been created to focus on the work experience of is students, and takes a close look at the current problems, future objectives, and research questions for the immediate application of current concepts.
All applicant must have accredited bachelor's degree.
