The Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology was created for working professionals in the fields of human resources, private and public sector management, healthcare administration, merchandising, and customer service.

This field has become one of the most innovative areas of psychology, and aid students in earning the skills needed to help individuals work effectively, solve problems, and work within complex multicultural organizations.

This program has been constructed to help individuals master:

  • Selecting and developing personnel to fulfill organizational goals
  • Accurately assess organizational situations and design appropriate interventions to address them
  • Develop organizational strategies that reflect cross-cultural intelligence
  • Effectively negotiate conflict, network, and influence strategy

All applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and five or more years of post-baccalaureate work experience.
