Wisconsin Lutheran College's Online Master of Arts in Education degree was specifically designed to assist educators who seek to develop reflective practitioner and research-assessment skills and build their leadership capacity to advance professionally.
As a graduate student in this online education degree program, individuals will learn how to plan for educational programming, apply instructional strategies, conduct assessment, and modify practice according to the needs of the organization and individual learners - all of which is shaped and embedded within a chosen specialty area.
The 36 credit degree program can be completed in less than 30 months by taking one course every eight weeks. The program culminates with a two-semester action research project and creation of a portfolio.
