During the course of University of San Francisco's online Master Certificate in Supply Chain Management certification program, each student will work with experts in the field to develop their understanding of the various aspects that are related to the field of supply chain management.
The overarching focus of this online supply chain management certification program is to aid its students as they develop their base of knowledge in multidisciplinary awareness as well as the many practical techniques that are needed for excelling in the complex and highly competitive business world.
This online supply chain management program offers its students the opportunity to complete this program in as little as eight-weeks, which is comprised of three eight-week courses:
- Functional Perspective of Supply Chain Management
- Tactical Implementation of Supply Chain Management
- Strategic Best Practices of Supply Chain Management.
Upon completion of this online certification in supply chain management, each student will have an in-depth understanding of the symbiotic relationship between the many components of supply chain management and the impact an individual with an in-depth understanding of supply chain management has on an organization. As well, students will learn to improve the over flow of information across a supply chain in order to improve their ability to meet customer demands as well as to further optimize the supply chain.
Also, when an individual completes this online certification program they will have the understanding that is needed for adapting the best practices of today's most successful corporations in order to improve their company, and will be prepared for sitting for other certification exams, such as the APICS and the ISM.
