Description

The University of Illinois' Graduate Certificate in Management of E-Learning program has been created to aid instructional designers and educators succeed in the constantly progressing arena of online education.

The Graduate Certificate in Management of E-Learning program trains students in the understanding of technology and management of online learning programs.

With the increase of higher education being delivered through the web, colleges and universities have started to encourage their faculty and instructors to gain necessary training to be successful in online pedagogies and technologies.

The curriculum of the Graduate Certificate in Management of E-Learning consist of 12 credit hours that use the Desire2Learn course management software, and the credit obtained in the program can be used in the satisfaction of course requirements for the Master of Education in E-learning.

All applicants must have a bachelor's degree, and within the last 60 credits having a GPA of 3.00/4.00.
