Savannah College of Art and Design's online Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation program was created to help individuals in professions like education, law, and city planning who are currently working with Historic Preservation to develop their knowledge base, and obtain or further their career.

This is a great program for attorneys, real estate professionals, or even architects looking at working with historic design review and preservation planning issues. This historic preservation training program has been specifically designed to enable its students with the necessary knowledge and understanding of the many polices and processes needed to work within historic preservation.

All applicants must have a Bachelor's degree. Students need also to be able to possess enough facility with imaging software to send and view photographic content, which is integral to historic preservation coursework. A Digital camera, Scanner and Imaging software are also required.
